The Art Products

All designs and products have been carefully created, sampled and quality assured to ensure a good customer experience.This is very much a personal venture of the heart and as I am just starting out, I would also love to stay in touch with customers about their valuable feedback or any other useful suggestions they may have based on their personal experiences with the product.

Packaging

Product shipping is managed by the manufacturers. Products are packaged securely in cardboard boxes in a way to minimise risk of damage on transit.  

Clutch bags are packaged into jiffy envelopes. 

Delivery

Please ensure accurate email is provided to enable the order confirmation via email. The order is sent directly to production and you should receive further tracking information via the shipping companies. Upon delivery, a customer signature is usually required for the larger purchases.  If the package isn’t signed for, it will be returned to your local depot for collection.

UK deliveries:  

Please allow at least 7-10 working days for delivery.

Delivery within the UK is set at a standard rate of:   £4.95.  At this stage I am unable to provide these products to overseas customers. However, if you like the products please do stay in touch over email, there are plans to expand to international customers shortly into the future. 

Refunds

Please note that orders are sent to production quite swiftly after being being placed. For this reason, although every effort will be made to retrieve and refund a cancelled order, I am unable to guarantee that cancellation.

Damaged goods are eligible for a full refund including postage. 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you receive a damaged item, please email directly at Rumahusain@earthangelart280.com and send a picture of the damaged item within 48 hours to be eligible for a return.
